Cancellation Policy

CHECK IN

Your credit card will be required on arrival for a pre-authorisation for the amount of your total accommodation plus a refundable security deposit.

175 does not accept cash for payment of security deposits.

We reserve the right to request a non cash $100 security deposit on check in.

We reserve the right to obtain photo identification on check in.

As part of our check in process we request a valid credit card. This is standard international hotel practice and the credit card is used as a guarantee of payment thus eliminating the need for full payment or the establishment of credit facilities prior to your arrival.

While no monies will be transferred from your credit card account to the motels account until you check out, your credit card provider will effectively reserve this amount under guarantee to 175. This will effectively reduce your existing credit.

If you elect to settle your account with a credit card, a surcharge of 1% will apply. If you elect not to settle your account on the credit card you provided on check in, your credit card provider may take several working days to cancel the reserve that has been placed on your card. Unfortunately 175 has no control over the timing of this and wish to advise that it may affect your ability to make purchases on your card if your credit limit is exceeded.

CANCELLATION POLICY

On Booking
If you have made a reservation direct with us or through our official website but then need to cancel, we require 24 hours notice. Any cancellations received on the day of arrival will incur a fee of the 1st nights accommodation.
If you have made your reservation through any other online websites or online travel agents, you will need to contact them directly to cancel your booking. Please check the terms and conditions carefully, as they will differ from direct booking terms and conditions.

In House
If you need to shorten your stay after you have checked into the motel, please notify reception as soon as possible. The 24 hour cancellation policy will apply. Should you not notify reception of your shortened stay, following cancellation fees will apply on the day of checkout:

Before 10am $35
From 10am till 1pm $60
From 1pm till 3pm Half room rate
After 3pm One night’s accommodation charge

LATE CHECKOUT FEES

Late checkouts must be confirmed with Reception and are subject to availability.

The following late checkout fees shall apply:

12noon $25
1pm $35
1pm – 3pm Half room rate
